I was in the area for a couple of days and I needed a hair cut, so I decided to try Halo out. And let me tell you, it may be my best hair experience ever. The atmosphere was great, the hot chocolate was delicious, and my hair turned out wonderful, both highlights and cut. I almost never like my hair after I visit a salon (I'm uber-picky) but I am so ecstatic about my hair right now. Melinda was awe-some!

I have been going to Jody for a while, now. She has good advice, and listens to my needs before committing me to a style and colour. I have had so many compliments on my hair, and never before have I been able to stretch out my hair cut for 7 to 8 weeks between visits! It is such a nice cut that it is only that last week before my next appt. that my hair is a bit hard to handle till it's reshaped; but nobody else notices it's time for a cut...it still looks good! (My hair grows very fast and I wear it short and funky...most of the time...but have several styling options for different looks to suit my mood!)
If you are unsure or unhappy with your present stylist make an appointment with Jody...you will be glad that you did!

I have been going to Halo now for almost a year and have yet to be dissapointed with the service. Laurie you do a great job.

After having the same hair dresser for 6 yrs I moved to Cambridge from Ottawa. In my experiences finding a good hair dresser would be difficult. And after living here for almost 4 yrs and trying different hair dressers that either didnt listen to what I wanted when they did my hair or damaged it, I found Halo and Rose! She was very kind and did an amazing job on my hair! She listened to what I had in mind and got me that platinum blonde I love so much! For anyone who likes to add a little blonde, or alot ;) she didnt give me that yellowish blonde we all dont like. All the girls at the salon were sweet and very helpful. Not to mention the scalp massage :D If youve been, you know what Im talking about! Since my first visit I have sent quite a few people to see Rose and we all agree, shes not only a great hair dresser but a wonderful person! Thank you Rose xo

We booked Halo for my wedding late last year, and it was an incredible experience.
Halo opened early for us to accomodate our busy schedule that day, and with the wonderful staff they have on hand, they were able to finish all of our updo's at the same time, making our day that much easier.
PLUS they had a fantastic light breakfast for us to enjoy!
I love Halo, especially Christine. My wedding wouldn't have been the same without her expertise!

I've been stalking Rose for more years that I'd like to say, but on Saturday I had the pleasure of visiting her new shop and all I can say is WOW!The decor is beautiful and of course, as always I received an awesome hairstyle. If you've never visited Halo before you're missing out! Thank you ladies for making me beauiful all these years!

Throughout the years I have gone to numerous salons from Vancouver to Toronto. I have to say that Christine is the best stylist that I have been to. I go in and say "do whatever you want" and I am always pleased. She knows how to give you an individualized look that suits your face.

The atmosphere of Halo is friendly and comfortable, the prices are unreal, and you always leave with a gorgeous hairstyle!

I moved from Cambridge to Orangeville last June and I refuse to go anywhere else but Halo. Absolutely worth the drive!

Rose has been my hairdresser for quite a few years now. She has transferred my looks when my hair style needed a change. She did an awesome job on it. I have had so many compliments on my new hairdo, it's amazing.
Every 6 - 8 weeks I drive from Toronto to Cambridge for a trim, cut, colour or whatever is required and it is definitely worth the drive to Halo in Cambridge.

I found Halo almost 2 years ago, and have never looked back. Kimmy and all the girls make me feel right at home each time I come in. I even brought my 2 year old daughter in for her first haircut and they couldn't have been better with her.

Kimmy is fantastic and translates my ideas into just the right style for me each and every visit!!

Rose is a total crackerjack stylist. She absolutely has to be, to put up with my crazy hair and inability to decide on a minute to minute basis. This place is quite possibly the best salon I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.

I drove by the other day and saw the outside of your new digs - great sign! Great location. I can hardly wait to see the inside. I think you have made a great move, especially given the recent rain and your crappy old landlord.

I first started coming to see Rosie when she was still at gravity ....god that seems like forever ago...have been also bringing my daughter to see her since she was 5..she is now 13 and won't let anyopne else touch her hair...I am proud to say that Rosie and all the girls at Halo are friends not just my hairdresser...good luck in the new place and we will be by to see ya all soon ...much love always xoxoxooxox
